Featuring Costume Parade, Costume Contest, Food, Games, Music, Market Booths, Trunk-or-Treat and So Much More! The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. Participants wanting to register for the Costume Contest or the Costume Parade will need to do so by 9:45 a.m. Awards will be given for the spookiest and most creative costumes. There will be a vendor and food truck market, live music, trunk-or-treat, pet parade, prizes, games, and so much more.
